SECTION 1. The Code of Ozdinances of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, is hereby
amended by adding a new sub-section (10) to Sec.12-I (b), which sub-section sha11 read as follows:
Sec. 1Z-1 Enumeration
"(10) For any person to cause or allow excessive amounts of dirt, debris, or
any other substance to collect in any gutter or catch basin, or to accumulate on any
street, causing the street to become obstructed, uneven or defaced."
SECTION 2 This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its final passage and
adoption.
