BACKGROUND: Trim All Lativn Service has been maintaining the landscape areas
of the flyover every other week sine:, the beginning of July. This . ".
company is the same contractor taking care of medians-on ~-Alantic .
Blvd. and To:vn Center area. "City staff from Atlantic Beach and
Neptune Beach have agreed that we should continuing having the ~ .
