Dear Dan,
Enclosed please find five sets of revised civil engineering plans for your review and
approval. The primary change on these plans to note is the (COAB City Council recently
approved) six-foot fence height along the north side of the property. Numerous other minor
revisions have been made to the plans since our first submittal, such as shifts in the
parking spaces and ancillary equipment outside the buildings. Landscape revisions will be
submitted on separate plan sets and under a separate cover letter from the landscape
architect, Kris Reed, RLA.

a. Major Architectural changes incorporate a change from a
dropped ceiling to a structural vaulted ceiling. Interior changes
