1.A form board survey is needed for the slab inspection.2.The placement of rebar at the step down area at the garage was not installed according
to C2/53.2.3. Footers were not cut into soil correctly according to detail C2/53.2.4.Rebar placement at south garage floor to wall was not placed
correctly.5.Soil needs to be cleaned off of perimeter top course of blockwork.6.#4 horizontal steel at perimeter needs to be removed and place on
