PROHIBIT ACCUMULATION OF DIRT OR OTHER DEBRIS ON OR IN
ANY STREETS, GUTTrRS AND CATCH BASINS, AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION ON BFFTAT •R OF THE PEOPLE
OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The Code of Ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida; is hereby
amended by adding a ne~v sub-section (10) to Sec.12-1(b), which sub-section shall read as follows:
Sec. 12-1 Enumeration
"(10) For any person to cause or allow excessive amounts of dirt, debris, or .
any other substance to collect in any gutter or catch basin; or to accumulate on any
street, causing the street to become obstructed, uneven or defaced."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its final passage and
adoption.
