Malcolm,
I have a fence permit for 1520 Francis Ave and have a question about a possible easement along there. The survey
provided with the permit shows a 5 foot utility easement along the front of the property (west side of the Francis Ave
R/W) but the GIS files you set up for me do not show this easement. There appears to be a water line in the R/W but not
an easement.
Do you know what is going on here? Was the easement abandoned and this is just an old survey?
