This letter is a reaffirmation that the construction of a new single family home at 659 Beach
Avenue does not contravene local setbacks and zoning codes. An initial letter confirming such was
written for Mr. Jim Dupree on July 23, 2014. Subsequently, the project has been reviewed and
approved by City staff for permitting. The permit, 15 -SFR -1200, was issued on August 17, 2015.
Construction has continued under that issued permit and approved set of plans.
