Improperly constructed fences and improperly installed windows pose hazards during high-wind events, among other hazards. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW 9. These conditions violate Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances §§ 6-16 and 24-157. 10. Respondent's continued non-compliance supports the imposition of a fine of $100 per day beginning on March 28, 2019.
