BACKGROUND: At the August 14 Commission meeting the City Commission
approved a plan for the construction of a communit} center at
Jordan Park. The City would purchase all material and Beaches
Habitat would provide all labor to oonst.nrct the facility. Staff will
follow all purchasing procedures when purchasin= material.
Attached is a contract between the City and Habitat for Humanity
of the Jacksonville Beaches, Inc. Flabitat has reviewed and agree to
the contract.
BUDGET: 390,000 was approved during the t~udget process
