Design - 100% complete (C}=Petticoat Contracting (to USCG Station) and the force main is 50°l° complete. Roadway work is 90%complete, drainage is
(C)=United Brothers (North of USCG Station) 40%complete, water is 95%complete, and electrical conduit is 55%complete.
Construction - 62% complete The scope of work was increased to add substantial electrical work and drainage.
Received permit application for new pump station and force main at Coast

complete R-A-M Professionat Group surveying. Staff approved subconsultant agreement for geotechnical and
Sherry Drive Design - 80% Re-Design by Aikenhead & Odom sediment analysis. Received digital terrain model information on 2/1/01.

4. Wonderwood Connector Utility (D)=The R-A-M Professional Group, Inc. Traffic transferred to new bridge over Puckett Creek. Contractor completed

City staff being trained to inpubdata, learn GIS and facilitate transfer of
information to City in the future.

Summary of Donner Park and Jordan Park activities
• Jordan Park children are now being transported to Donner Park while the community
center is being constructed.
• The Senior Citizens women's group met twice to discuss possible changes in meeting
times and planning on special activities for the children for black history month. The
activtes discussed ranged from education on the civil rights movement with Dr. Martin
Luther King to a discussion on famous African-Americans.
• The Donner and Jordan Park children are preparing for Black History actvfies sponsored
by the University of North Florida. These activities includethe Black History Spelling Bee,
Brain Brawl Trivia Contest and a Talent Show.
• Met wRh officials from the Boys and Girls club. in Neptune Beach. We are working on
collaborating with their center to allow our children to participate in sports and academic
activities at their club.
• The Girl Scout planning committee met with Gail Baker on finishing final issues regarding
the creation of a Girl Scout troop at Donner Park. Tentatively, the first Girl Scout meeting
will be held on February 14.
• Homework sessions resumed from the holiday break.
Other Adele Grage and Parks & Recreation activities included:
• Attended Dutton Island Bid Opening.
• Met with DEP on Dune Walkover project.
• Put Tennis Court resurtacing out for bid.
• Began construction of new community center at Jordan Park.
• Attained quotes for demolition of old house at Tideviews and Russell Park Storage facility..
Also received quotes for construction of Stainless Steel railings in Bull Memorial Park
plaza to make amphitheater ADA compliant.
• Maintained landscaped areas.
• Completed weekly city manager reports and Webpage weekly report.
• Held departmental staff meetings, attended commission meetings, performed web page
updates, answered phones and all other necessary functiorr5 of office.
