_Dear Mr. Hanson;
This letter is a request'to speak at the next Commissioners Meeting, February 12, at 7:00.
As the Director of First Night; I would like to update the Commissioners on the progress
of planning First Night. Some of the. points to be covered will be as follows:
1) Community response to the absence of the event
2) Board of Directors in place
3) Flans for the volunteer kick off meeting February 21, A.B.C.C. 7:30
4) SOt (c) (3) paperwork in the last stages before submitting
5) Fund raiser in the begmning planning stages
The topics T will speak about will be brief; it should take no more than five minuets. I
will answer any questions the commission may have and welcome any suggestions as
well.
