Sec. 24-163 (c)A junked or abandoned vehicle, or one that is inoperable, as defined within this Code, shall not be parked or stored in any zoning district. Inoperable means a motor vehicle that is incapable of legal operation under its own power upon a roadway due to its physical condition. NATURE OF VIOLATION: Two violating vehicles were parked on the property. The white van displayed an expired license plate and the white dodge truck was inoperable due to a flat tire. This letter requests that the noted violation(s) be corrected by registering or removing the white dodge van and repairing or removing the white dodge pick up truck within ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice. Failure to correct the violation by the required date may result in this case being referred to the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate resulting in fines up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per day.
