C. Approve extension of the contract with Vortex Biological Services, Inc. for ditch
spraying for a period of one year, to expire on April 30, 2002 (City Manager)
D. Action on a request filed by Oceanwalk Homeowners' Association to make
landscaping improvements on the public right-of--way on Seminole Road (City
Manager)
E. Appointment to the Cultural Arts Boazd to fill an unexpired term to expire on Apri13Q
