Resubmittal Notes: All revisions and changes shall clearly stand out from the rest of the drawing on the
sheet as a revision by way of completely encircling the change with "clouding". The revision shall also be
identified as to the sequence of revision by indicating a triangle with the revision sequence number within it
and located adjacent to the cloud. The revision date and revision sequence number shall also be indicated in a
conspicuous location in the title block for each sheet on which a revision for that sequence occurs. For
projects still in the initial review stage and permit pending, all sheets with revisions shall be inserted into each
set of drawings. The original sheets must be clearly marked "VOID" but are to be left within the set of
drawings. Complete new sets of drawings will not be accepted. ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE REQUIRED

Remove and replace concrete or grass with pavers.
PAYLESS BRICK PAVERS, LLC, will supply all associated materials and install approximately 780
sq ft of pavers. Should customer request and the contractor agree that additional work be performed
beyond the agreement; the final invoice will reflect the cost of any additional work. A final field
measure upon completion will be performed and the homeowner will only pay the for material used and
installed. The price reflected in this proposal includes basic pavers, for special orders the price may vary.

MATERIAL:
The pavers to be installed are follows;

Installation Procedures:
Border pavers are mortared: field pavers are set on compacted base and the joint will be filled with sand.
A small amount of sand will be left on top which homeowner will clean sweep within a week of installation. Do not step or
walk on borders for 48 hours after installation.
Terms:
• Homeowner to supply running water and electricity.
• Leftover materials beyond contracted square footage (pavers, coping) are the property of
contractor unless homeowner wants to purchase additional pavers for his use,then homeowner will only pay for
the cost of installed pavers .
Homeowner will retain a few pieces for future replacement at no cost
• Payless Brick Pavers not responsible for damages to underground utilities and sprinkler system
(unless the homeowner lets us know the location)color variations in pavers, and damages by other contractors.
• Permit fees, if needed; are the responsibility of the homeowner; Payless Brick Pavers will fill
applications and pull out permits for homeowner as needed.
• Cleaning dust from windows, furniture, screens, etc, after installation is the responsibility of the
homeowner. Dust generated by the installation is unavoidable.
If the homeowner does not pay full contracted amount after 7 days of installation date the account will be
considered past due and homeowner shall pay interest of 1.5%on the remainder of balance.
• Payless Brick Pavers requires a 50% deposit when the contract is signed. Balance to be pay 7
days after completion installation by check, cash or credit card(2.75%fee per swipe). If payment is not received
between 7 days after installation date a five-day grace period is given to the homeowner, after that a notice to Owner
or Contractor will be mailed to the homeowner or contractor and if the payment is delayed beyond that,any and all
collection cost will be incurred by buyer,including attorney and court fees.
Prices quoted are based on cash or check;the above pricing and terms of sale are acceptable and are hereby agreed to by
homeowner or contractors. Payless Brick Pavers warranties labor only for 2 years from installation date. This proposal
expires 30 days from 06/01/2018.
