20 The Contractor agrees that as an additional condition precedent to his
receipt of final payment, he shall deliver to the Owner any and all written
guarantees as required by the contract documents
21 The Contractor agrees to comply with all OSHA regulations that apply to
the 'safetyof their men and the operation of their equipment and tools.
The Contractor agrees all employees shall be required to dress properly
along with wearing proper work boots, hard hats and all other
safety equipment required by OSHA
22 "The Contractor shall not violate any provision of the Occupational Safety
and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) including iii regulations adopted by Its
enforcement by the United States Department of Labor pertaining to the
construction industry.
