WE, the undersisned General Contractor and Ele:.tricai Contractor_ ander�.tand a„d arrcu:
1. "Early Power- is purely for our construction convenience, it is not required by Colles, and does not substitute
for Final Inspections ur the CO tCertificate of Occupancy) that must be issued before occupancy, and as such is
at the discrCtio„ of the Building Official.
2. The City of A-uandc Beach will make a special inspection prior to thz early power energizing. All rough
inspections must have prior Approvai, including meter base connections.
3, Occupancy or use or the new con5truction before a formal CO constitutes fraudulent use or the early electric
service. Such action is expressly prohibited and penalized by The City of Atlantic Beach Ordinances. A
,iclation of this Agreement shall re3alt in a request for prompt remw„al of electric service afte, a twenty-four
hour notice.
+, "Early Puwcr” release authority is the Electrician and/or Lhe Contractur and most not occur before:
a. Equipment_ devices and f!Aturz3 are installed (or blanked uff) Safely.

c. Dervice connection, and grounding is complete.
d. The electric system has safely passed through elalztrical check.

5. TRis Tally completed form 6 to be submitted to the Building Department By hand, mail or fax.
6. Future such Rrewments will nut be accepted from zRose who violate any one of the alove items.
