AGENDA: Awazd Contract to R & R Electric to repair and rewire ballfield
lights at Donner Pazk

BACKGROUND: The City has a contract with Brooks & Limbaugh Electric to make
electrical repairs and because their estimate to make repairs at
Donner Pazk seemed a bit high, Staff decided to get other
estimates. Staff contacted the following companies:
• R & R Electric ofNorth Florida $14,800
• Brooks & Limbaugh Electric $17,250
• Bivins Electric No Bid
• Bill Thompson Electric No Bid
• Tri-County Electric No Bid
• First Choice Electric No Bid
• McClure Electric No Bid
The repairs will include labor and material to install sport light
fixtures, mounting brackets and additional circuits as needed.
BUDGET: The funding for this project is within the parks maintenance account
number 001-6040-572-46-00.
RECOMMENDATION: Award Contract to R & R Electric to repair and rewire ballfield
lights at Donner Pazk
