AGENDA ITEM: Use-by-exception for a plumbing contractor business
at 49 Ardella Rd.

BACKROUND:
Mr. Dobson, the applicant, desires to operate a plumbing contractor
business at 49 Ardella Road, for plumbing repairs and new installations off
premises. The requested use is permitted by exception under Section 24
111(c )(6) of the Code of Ordinances.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Community Development Board has reviewed this request and
recommends approval of the Usa-by-Exception subject to the following
conditions:
No conditions were set by the Board.
