As we understand, in order to maintain a minimum 3" concrete cover, the #5 footing dowels
through the base of each post were installed at 14" long in lieu of the 16" length as specified
on detail A1, sheet SD.1 of the original structural plan set. We have reviewed this condition
and have determined this is acceptable. No further work required.
