ORDINANCE NO. 65-O1-29
AN ORDINANCE OF 1T3E CTTX OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF ORCHID
STREET, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WITE4tEAS, it is m the best interests of the citizens of AUantic Beach, and a valid public
purpose, that a portion of Orchid Street be closed. Therefore,
BE TT ENACTED BY TH.E CITY COMMISSION ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE
OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
~~TION 1. The City does hereby close, vacate and abandon all right, title a»d interest to
that portion of Orchid Street which lies south of West Second Street, as shown on Ule attached
survey.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall Cake effect immediately upon its .final passage and
adoption.
