CALL TO ORDER
Commissioner Kelly called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. Approve Minutes of the Board Member Review Committee meeting of August 7,
2019.
The minutes were reviewed by the Committee and there were no corrections or
changes. There was consensus to approve the minutes as submitted.
2. DISCUSS INTERVIEW PROCESS
A. Commissioner Kelly explained the meeting tonight would address the Cultural Arts
and Recreation Advisory Committee (CARAC), Community Development Board
CDB), and the Environmental Stewardship Committee (ESC).
3. INTERVIEW AND DISCUSS CANDIDATES
A. James Moyer - CDB & Open
B. Jennifer Deery Lagner — CDB & CARAC
C. Mauricio Gonzalez — CARAC
D. Daniele Giovannucci — ESC
The Committee interviewed the applicants separately. Each candidate explained their
personal accomplishments, experiences, goals, and interests in the community. The
Committee offered the opportunity to ask questions and the Committee responded to
those questions.
The Committee members discussed the candidates and recommendations.

4. OTHER BUSINESS
CC Bartle reported the next meeting is Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 5:30 PM.

There being no further discussion, Commission Kelly adjourned the meeting.
