ORDINANCE NO. 65-01-29
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ATLAN'T'IC BEACH, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF ORCHID
STREET, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
W~t.EAS, it is in dte best intetrsts of the atizens of Atlantic Beach, and a valid public
purpose, that a poztion of Orchid Street be closed. Therefore,
BE TT ENACTED BY TL3E CITY COMMISSION ON BEIIALP OF THE PEOPLE
OF TT;LE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The City does hereby close, vacate and abandon all right, title attd interest to
that portion of Orchid Street which lies south of West Second Street, as shown on the attached
survey.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shaIl take effect immediately upon its fuxal passage and
adoprion.
