1820 Sherry Drive North ZVAR18-0016 Notes for Homes in SM PUD's that have Screen EnclosuresHomes with Screen Enclosures in Selva Marina (and Selva Tierra) PUDs 1895 North Sherry Dr. Older Screen Enclosure built to the top peak of the home. It appears to be over 20 feet; however, the home owner was not home to verify the year it was installed and the exact height. Please see corresponding pictures 1814 Hickory Lane (Troy Overfelt and Christina) I personally met with this home owner (very nice!) They bought the house in 2010 and the screen was already installed, so it was installed before 2010. Troy (the husband) wasn’t home so we couldn’t confirm the exact height. The home is a very tall 2 story home and the screen encompasses both the first and second story porches. It is well over 22 feet. It has structural beams in place due to its height. I would guess that the screen is over 30 feet high. Please see corresponding pictures 1865 Live Oak Lane (Kerry and Suzanne Varkonda) I personally met this family. They are a very nice family and were super informative about their NEW screen enclosure. Their screen was installed in December/January of this year. They, too, had to apply for a variance, but were approved to move forward with their screen enclosure. Their pool and screen enclosure are beautiful and they were very respectful to their neighbors. The peak of their screen enclosure is 20 feet and is located 10 feet from the back and 6 feet from the sides. They have the same set-backs in their PUD, which is why they had to apply for a variance also. And just like us, they were unaware they were limited by a PUD when they bought the home…it was not on their survey or closing documents. Please see corresponding pictures 1890 Live Oak Lane (Jenna and Mike, I think?... younger couple that just had twins) Jenna (the wife) told me the screen was 34 feet high two years ago, but when it was damaged twice, by both hurricanes, they rebuilt it. It is now 28 feet high. It follows the roofline (and up to the peak) of the house and looks very nice, but is noticeable from the street since its off to the side of their house. Please see corresponding pictures 1740 Live Oak Lane (Vanessa is the wife’s name; also met the husband but can’t recall his name) I met this couple and their family. They are also a very nice family, but they bought the house 2 years ago and the screen enclosure was already there. They couldn’t recall the exact height or year it was built; however, it didn’t look very old. I’m not sure the exact height of the screen but it is well over 20 feet. The family believed it to be as well. Please see corresponding pictures. 1863 Tierra Verde (in cul-de-sac) I haven’t met this home owner yet to verify their screen height; however, (as you can see from the pictures), it follows the roofline of the house all the way to the peak. This house is also a very tall 2 story house. This screen appears to be older, but I’m not sure the year it was installed. You can see the screen on google maps. Please see corresponding pictures ALL the screens appear or are 20 feet or higher in this area.
