AGENDA ITEM: Extension of Land Surveying Contract

BACKGROUND: On October 23, 2000, the City Commission approved a contract
with Chazles Bassett & Associates for Land Surveying Chazles
Bassett & Associates has agreed to extend their fees for services at
their original hourly rates Staff has been pleased with their
performance this past year
RECOMMENDATION: Extend the Land Surveying contract for one additional yeaz to
Charles Bassett & Associates, Inc at the contract prices
BUDGET: Surveys will be chazged to the appropriate project budgets, as is
our normal practice

We would like to extend our fees for services to the City of Atlantic Beach Our Hourly Rates
are as follows
Professional Land Surveyor l $ 75 00/hr
Field Survey (3 Man Crew & Equipment) $110 00/hr
Computer Assisted Drafting (ACAD) $ 50 00/hr
