(a)When a sign is erected in each block giving notice of time limits, no person shall park a motor vehicle for longer than the respective times set forth in
any schedule applicable thereto promulgated and adopted by the city manager.
(b)No motor vehicle, other than official motor vehicles as authorized by the city manager, shall be parked overnight in any public property, public park
or public open space, on any property occupied by a government use, or in any other location posted by the city to prohibit o vernight parking.
(c)No person shall stop, stand, or park a recreational vehicle, camper, bus, flatbed truck, trailer or commercial vehicle upon any right-of-way, except for
the purpose of loading or unloading, for more than four (4) hours, except when authorized by the city manager or their design ee provided that the
vehicle does not obstruct traffic as described in section 21-18.

CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY INSPECTION
1. (3) Unpermitted sheds, refrigeration equipment, and extension cords used for permanent wiring in
the West side yard.
Three issues:
A. Extension cords used for permanent wiring are a Safety and Fire Hazard and must be removed immediately, per IPMC 605.4 and NEC 400.8.
Permanent building wiring can be installed by a licensed electrical contractor. Electrical permit required.
B. Refrigeration equipment has not been approved or permitted in the 5-foot west side yard.
Please submit approval documents from Fire Marshal’s Office, Department of Hotels and Restaurants, and COAB Zoning Department. Food storage
outside of the building must be approved by the Department of Hotels and Restaurants.
C. (3) sheds have not been approved or permitted in the 5-foot west side yard. If location is approved by Zoning, please submit engineering and tie-
down documents and apply for building permit. Sheds must be approved by Zoning, permitted, and anchored to resist wind loads. See Zoning
comments.
