ORDINANCE NO. 20-O1-52
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE FINAL BUDGET FOR
THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA FOR
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2001 AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2002.
WHEREAS, the City Comrmssion of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, on September
6, 2001, held a public heanng as requued by Flonda Statute 200 065; and
WHEREAS, the Crty Commission of the Crty of Atlantic Beach, Flonda, set forth the
appropnat~ons and revenue estimate for the budget for Fiscal Year beguuung October 1,
2001 and ending September 30, 2002 in the amount of $26,958,284.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED SY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, that;
The fiscal Year 2001/2002 budget be adopted, and
This ordinance shall take effect munediately upon rts adoption.
