Magistrate Branham called the meeting to order at 2:00 PM.

Magistrate Branham administered the Oath to the attendees - staff, respondents, and witnesses.

Testified: Code Enforcement Officer Angela Irizarry, Respondent's Attorney William
Corley.
Respondent was not present.
Action: Respondent was found in compliance due to completing demolition of the
structure as ordered at the March 12, 2019 meeting.

Action: Magistrate Branham found that based on evidence presented, the amount of
time the property was out of compliance cannot be calculated. Therefore, Special
Magistrate Branham found the Respondent in compliance and waived code
enforcement lien fines.
