With the Stair project #RES19-0023 becoming quite a bit larger than anticipated (engineering req's) and the fact that Jill was an out of State home owner that created some delays in various ways. The paver project was again delayed once we completed the stairs (July), due to business travel requirements that kept Ms. Jill away from the area to finalize things. In checking with the front desk on 9-17-19, I asked if our revision was still pending (answered yes), but I ignorantly did not ask if the permit time was close to expiration, my error. Upon our notification from COAB permitting that we were about to have an expired permit in late September we discussed with Dan Arlington a requested extension to revise her plan for completion. She has decided to move forward under our agreed meeting elements.
