Dear Mr.Hnnson:
Per our conversation, this is to request the closure of Atlantic Boulevard from
East Cost Drive to 1st Street and Ocean Boulevard from Ahern Street to
Atlantic Boulevard on Saturday, December 1st from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. The
Merchants' Association would like to extend the celebration of the tree lighting
to includ¢ music in the streets, refreshments (excluding alcohol) and other
activities related to the promotion of Town Center for the Holiday Season
shopping. We hope to include n local benches charity in these activities. Should
you oi• any other commissioners have any question, I would be delighted to answer
them. Unfortunately, I will be unable to attend the next Commission meeting. I
