1990- Comprehensive Plan designation as RL on FLUM
2008- Rezoned from Conservation to RS-1 (90-08-205)
-Allowed the property to be developed with up to 16 lots with plat approval and meeting a series of conditions.
-Platting never occurred
2009- Rezoned from RS-1 to PUD and joined with the previously approved Selva Residential PUD 90-07-202 and repealing 90-08-205 (90-09-209)
-Added a court with additional lots on the Selva Preserve property
2013- Rezoned from PUD to RS-1 after the joint venture with Selva Residential PUD failed where ABCC was created and the parcel did not meet the minimum lot size for PUDs (90-13-217)
-Minimum lot size for PUDs was removed in 2010
