A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA,
CONTINUING CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING FOR BEGONIA
STREET GRAVITY SEWER EXTENSION.
WHEREAS, Edwards Engineering submitted a proposal for the Begonia Street Gravity
Sewer Extension; and
WHEREAS, the total proposal for engineering is $34,965.00; and
WHEREAS, the project consists of engineering for city sewer service extensions; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor will be given 90-120 days to complete the project; and
WHEREAS, the project will be fully funded in the FY19-20 budget under account
410-5508-535-63-00.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Commission hereby approve the engineering proposal for the
Begonia Street Gravity Sewer Extension, submitted by Edwards Engineering, in the amount of
34,965.00;
SECTION 2. The City Commission hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute the
Contract with Edwards Engineering.;
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
