finished floor elevation shall not exceed twenty-two (22) feet. Please revise plans accordingly.
Side Yard Projections: Section 24-83(b) limits side yard projections into side yard setbacks, including roof overhangs, to 24”. The proposed overhangs on the north side of the house
appear to project over 24" into the required side yard setbacks. Please show otherwise or revise accordingly
