Over the last two weeks, the City has received several complaints related to the appearance of your business. The City’s Code Enforcement Officer did not observe any clear violations
of the Use-by-Exception approved for your business, but please be mindful of the conditions that must be maintained on the site as well as the representations made to the Community
Development Board and the City Commission during the public hearing process. Your business location is one that is highly visible, and one that is frequently scrutinized by residents
