Please show the overall height on plans. Landscape Plan: Section 24-177 requires a landscape plan for all commercial projects. While the Director may waive certain requirements, as permitted by the code, a plan should still be provided showing existing and any changes, including the addition of planters. Since much of the required landscaping cannot be provided due to existing constraints, concrete should be removed from wherever possible and landscaped. This includes the north side of the property where additional trees would serve to provide a visual buffer from the back of the building. Tree Removal: Section 23-21 requires a Tree Removal Permit for any trees removed within 2 years of this project. Please submit a Tree Removal Permit Application if any trees are to be removed or were removed in the last 2 years. If no trees are to be removed or were removed, then please fill out an Affidavit of No Tree Removal. Both forms are available on the city website under “Planning and Zoning” and at City Hall.
