Revisions may not be submitted until ALL departments have completed their respective reviews.
Revisions submitted MUST respond to EACH department review. Submittals that respond to only one or a few correction items will not be accepted.
Correction Comments:
Sign Permit: Please submit a sign permit for all proposed signage.
Pergola: The proposed pergola must be at least 6 feet from the front (southern) property line. Please revise to meet this requirement.
Dumpster Location: Please show the proposed location of the dumpster on the site plan. It will need to be on the property. It may have to be located next to the Mcdonald''s dumpster.
Bicycle Spaces: Please show that there will be parking for at least 4 bicycles. (The Code requires two plus one for every 10 vehicle spaces required.)
FDOT right of way: We cannot approve landscaping or improvements within FDOT right of way along Atlantic Blvd, please remove from the plans.
Parking space dimensions: Parking spaces are required to be a minimum of 9 feet by 18 feet. Please revise. Note that only 9 spaces are required for this lot, via a variance receive
earlier this year.
Landscape Buffers: A 7 foot landscape buffer is required between the northern property line and the parking lot. Also, a 3 foot landscape buffer is required between the western lot line
and the parking lot. These landscape buffers must comply with the requirements of Section 24-176.
Landscape Specifications: Please submit a plan that clearly identifies the size, location, and type of all trees, shrubs, and plants to be planted.

All revisions and changes shall clearly stand out from the rest of the drawing on the sheet as a revision by way of completely encircling the change with “clouding”. The revision shall
also be identified as to the sequence of revision by indicating a triangle with the revision sequence number within it and located adjacent to the cloud. The revision date and revision
sequence number shall also be indicated in a conspicuous location in the title block for each sheet on which a revision for that sequence occurs. For projects still in the initial review
stage and permit pending, all sheets with revisions shall be inserted into each set of drawings. The original sheets must be clearly marked “VOID” but are to be left within the set
of drawings. Complete new sets of drawings will not be accepted. ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE REQUIRED DEPENDING UPON NEW INFORMATION AND CLARITY OF FINAL PLANS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW.
