This letter serves to confirm that the City Commission, at their April 15, 2008 meeting approved your request for a Use-by-Exception (File No. UBE-2008-02) to allow a veterinary clinic
at 615 Atlantic Boulevard within the Commercial General Zoning District subject to the following condition:
No outside housing of animals.
