Dear Ms. Paul:
This letter serves to confirm that the City Commission, at their meeting on Monday, January 23, 2006 approved your application, as requested, for a Use-by-Exception (File UBE-2006-01)
to allow drive-through service for a restaurant within the Commercial General (CG) Zoning District for property located at the northwest corner of Sailfish Drive and Atlantic Boulevard.
The City Commission also approved your request for a Waiver from the Land Development Regulations allowing the Dunkin’ Donuts / Baskin Robbins business to operate on a 24-hour, seven
day per week basis.
