Height: Please show the overall height measured from the average calculated grade to the highest architectural feature. 2. Tree Removal: Please submit a Tree Removal Permit Application if any trees are to be removed. If no trees are to be removed, please provide an Affidavit of No Regulated Tree Removal. Both forms are available on the city website and at City Hall. 3. Landscape Plan: Please provide a landscape plan all new and existing trees. Be aware that a minimum of one 4 inch tree is required for every 2,500 square feet of lot. Additionally, two shade trees are required. The shade trees do count towards 4 inch per 2,500 square feet requirement. Old Atlantic Beach Design Standards (Section 24-172) 4. Side Wall Length: The maximum length of a second floor side wall without architectural relief other than windows is 35 feet. The second floor walls of the north and south sides both exceed 35 feet. The feature at the master bath counts as relief but the remainder of the wall to the west is longer than 35 feet. 5. Wall Plate Height: The maximum height from the finished floor of the first floor to the top framing member of the second floor is limited to 22 feet. The height shown exceeds 22 feet. Derek W.
