Request for zoning variance as permitted by Section 24-64 for a reduction of setbacks as
required by Section 24-106 (e)(1) from 20 feet to 10 feet in the front yard at Atlantic Beach
Subdivision Block 28 Lot 5 (aka 290 Beach Avenue).
