Request for zoning variance as permitted by Section 24-64 for a reduction of front yard
setbacks from 20 feet as required by Section 24-106 (e)(1) to 16 feet in the front yard along
Beach Avenue and 18 feet in the front yard along Ocean Boulevard at Atlantic Beach
Subdivision Block 28 Lot 5 (aka 290 Beach Avenue).
