See attached for the DEP Letter for 51 Beach Avenue. As discussed,
there are some outstanding zoning review comments for the submitted plan
set for this project that still need to be resolved. However, these
required revisions should not result in major changes to the proposed
site plan and setbacks. As such, we have agreed to write the attached
DEP Letter to assist you in moving the project forward towards final
approval.
