The City of Atlantic Beach did a preliminary review of your site plan for a proposed single family
home at 51 Beach Avenue. The plan provided shows that the new home and accessory structures
comply with applicable setback requirements for the RG -M zoning district. Additional zoning
requirements such as, but not limited to, the maximum overall height, structural projections, and
size of pergolas have not been met but should not result in any major changes to the submitted site
plan for the new home.
This letter does not constitute an approval by the City of Atlantic Beach. All plans and revisions
for this project must still be submitted to the City in a permit application and be reviewed by all
applicable departments prior to final approval and issuance of a permit.
