A public hearing regarding the following items will be held by the
ATLANTIC BEACH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BOARD
in Commission Chambers located at 800 Seminole Road on
TUESDAY, August 19, 2014 at 6:00PM.
• CASE NUMBER ZVAR-14-00100021
Request for a variance as permitted by Section 24-64, for an increase in allowable fence
height from 4 feet to 6 feet within 10 feet of the property line on corner lots where the
abutting right-of-way is less than 50 feet as required by Section 24-157 (c)(1) at Atlantic
Beach Subdivision Block 20 Lots 5 and 6 (aka 587 Beach Ave).
