Sonya: forgot that in your letter you refer to one "non-residential"
structure over 35' and as I have explained our new building that we intend to build to that height is an apartment
complex... The letter to the city manager should reflect that.

Sonya: Your letter is fine and seems fair to all. We will live with the 55' height limit. Again I stress that 35' will be the
max for all homes and they are designed to mirror current Fleet Landing density and architecture.

Sonya: I am bouncing off the 55' limit with our architect and believe they can live with that. All homes will be under 35'
but the apartment building is the issue because we need parking space badly and need to design the building with
parking underneath, hence the additional height need. Please give me until the end of the week to verify the above.

John, would you please review the attached letter, specifically the last paragraph for accuracy.

I don't know why it came up, but it did at the last meeting. Jim asked me to prepare a reply so he can report at the next
Commission meeting. I have once again poured thru all the Fleet Landing files.
Except for the bond files and stormwater files, I still have most of them in my office if you have still an interest in looking
at them again.
