Jim -
I cannot through Alchemy, Duval County Official Records, or anywhere else, find a record of the signed Fleet Landing
permit review Interlocal Agreement. The only thing remotely related is adopted Resolution 00-17, which on December
11, 2000, supported annexation of Fleet Landing in the COAB. I have done a full Alchemy Database search and looked
through every City Commission agenda in 2001, and it is not on a single agenda in any way. Either it was signed without
any action of the Atlantic Beach City Commission, or it never got formally executed.
Donna, do you by any chance have a master hard copy file of all signed Interlocal Agreements? Otherwise, I am at a total
loss of what to do. The copy of the unsigned Interlocal Agreement that I have, however, clearly applies to all of Fleet
Landing and remains in effect until the completion of Fleet Landing, unless terminated by unanimous agreement. Think
there is any chance Mayor Meserve might have a copy of the signed Agreement?
The execution date would looks as if it would have to had been in 2001, and the title of the document is: INTERLOCAL
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA AND THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA
