TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Notice is hereby given to all property owners within 300' of
RE# 169397-0200 (1 Fleet Landing Blvd) and
168341-0000 (west side of Old Sherry Drive)
The City of Atlantic Beach proposes to adopt Ordinance No. 90-17-227 rezoning (changing
the permitted use of) the land within the area shown in the map of this advertisement.
The City Commission will hold two public hearings at 800 Seminole Road on:

Second Reading Monday, May 22, 2017 6:30 PM
SUMMARY: Request for a rezoning of the 2.4 acres of southern RE# 168341-0000 lying in the
City of Atlantic Beach as permitted by Section 24-62, from Conservation (CON) to Planned
Unit Development (PUD) while modifying the previously approved PUD known as Fleet
Landing created by Ordinance Number 90-88-135 as amended by Ordinance Numbers 90-90-
152 and 90-13-218 to add said 2.4 acres to an existing PUD as permitted by Section 24-124.
RED AREA: the 2.4 acres to be
rezoned from CON to PUD.
BLACK AREA: the existing Fleet
Landing PUD to be modified to
include the 2.4 acres.
