BACKGROUND: The City Commission heard this ordinance at First Reading on May 8, 2017
where a Public Hearing was held. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the ordinance
and move it forward to the Second and Final Reading on May 22, 2017 where the Public Hearing
will be continued. There were no outstanding questions of staff from that meeting.
BUDGET: None.
RECOMMENDATION: To approve Ordinance No. 90-17-227 on Second Reading.
