1. There is no change in use. Both skilled nursing and maintenancefacilitiesareusesprovideforontheexistingsitedevelopmentplanandfacilitiesareusesprovideforontheexistingsitedevelopmentplanandwithin the approved PUD document.2. There is no increase in building height , density or intensity of use. Theproposed number of residential units is consistent with the approvedPUD, and this site development modification merely represents thereallocation of sixteen (16) existing beds from the Health Center as wellaseight(8)residentialdwellingunitsthatwereneverconstructedtotheaseight(8)residentialdwellingunitsthatwereneverconstructedtothenew Memory Care Facility. The overall project will remain four (4) unitsbelow the total previously approved, and with the addition of 2.06 acres,the overall density decreases from 4.52 to 4.37 units per acre.3.
