Townhouse Requirements: Section 24-88(c) requires that townhomes be constructed at substantially the same time. The proposed addition violates this requirement and therefore cannot be
approved. Section 24-88(c) specifically states; “Adjoining two-family or townhouse dwellings units shall be constructed at substantially the same time or in a continuous sequence unless
an existing structure is being renovated within the same building footprint.”
