Dear Don:
Enclosed are three (3) copies of the Order related to the Jubran Variance that was approved at the August 21st meeting. Provided all conditions are correct, please sign and return two
(2) copies to me in the envelop provided. (I have provided the third copy for your records should you wish to maintain these.)
Also, after looking at the calendar, it does not seem that there is a Tuesday afternoon that would work well for a workshop meeting prior to the next regular meeting on September 11th.
The chambers are available on September 4th, but since that is the day after the Labor Day holiday, I am concerned that it would not be a convenient evening for all members. If agreeable
to you, I would like to schedule a dual workshop and regular meeting on September 11th, with the workshop beginning at 5:00pm and the regular meeting beginning as usual at 7:00pm.
(It appears that we will have only one variance item on the regular agenda, and that is a request on behalf of the City to allow an eight foot fence to provide a visual screen and buffer
between the new park on Plaza and the adjacent multi-family.) Please let me know if the suggested schedule does not agree with your schedule, and as always, feel free to call or e-mail
with any questions or suggestions.
